Earlier in the saga involving Sekhukhune United and Polokwane City, the league’s position was that Hilton Epstein SC’s verdict to award points to Sekhukhune was “legally incorrect”.
However, in its answering statement to the Swiss court for sport in response to an appeal by Royal AM, which was filed this week, it submitted that Epstein was right.
