
Neymar will miss the first leg of Paris Saint-Germain’s last-16 Champions League tie against his former club Barcelona due to a thigh injury.
The Brazil forward was injured in PSG’s French Cup victory over Caen on Wednesday.
Mauricio Pochettino’s side travel to the Nou Camp on Tuesday.
PSG say they expect Neymar (29) to recover in about four weeks, which could see him return for the second leg on March 10.
Each year since 2014, Neymar has been either unfit or suspended around this time of year.

Writing on his Instagram page on Thursday he said: “The sadness is great, the pain is immense and the crying is constant.”
“Once again, for a while, I will stop doing what I love most in life, which is playing football.”
“Sometimes I feel uncomfortable because of my style of play, because I dribble and constantly get fouled, I don’t know if the problem is me or what I do on the pitch.”
Neymar helped PSG reach their maiden Champions League final in August and has scored 13 goals in 17 appearances this term.
His injury is a second blow for Pochettino, with winger Ángel Di María already ruled out of the match with a thigh injury. – BBC Sport
