"Okay, this guy worked in Ethiopia. He’ll survive in Saudi Arabia."

This was what prompted Pitso Mosimane to rope in former Maritzburg United assistant coach Maahier Davids to the technical staff of Al Ahli Saudi Club in Saudi Arabia.

The 36-year-old Davids, who is the sibling of former Orlando Pirates coach Fadlu Davids, joined Mosimane in Jeddah early this month.
