After 30 years, Liverpool’s wait for an English league title finally came to an end on Thursday as Chelsea beat Manchester City 2-1.

Up to then, the Citizens were the only club still in with a chance – albeit only a theoretical one – of catching the Reds, but goals by Christian Pulisic and Willian gave Chelsea the win, and Liverpool the title, with an unassailable 23-point lead with seven games to go.
