An application brought by JDR Consulting (Pty) Ltd to the Johannesburg High Court on Thursday claims that Galaxy refuses to take responsibility for R302 000 in unpaid agent fees of three Highlands Park players.

Company director Steven Kapeluschnik said in court papers that The Rockets, as Galaxy are affectionately called by supporters, had ignored his plea for compensation after his company helped Highlands Park secure the services of defender Luckyboy Mokoena, goalkeeper Marlon Heugh and midfielder Sphiwe Mahlangu.
