The Book of ProVerb was a surprise read this year. In this excerpt, the producer, media personality and entrepreneur reflects on his divorce – a dark time in his life.

During my divorce, I spent as much time out of the house as I possibly could. The Idols SA rehearsals were taking place and, at the end of each day, instead of going home, I would go and watch a movie or visit Mapoza.
