Head to Skoobs for a lively discussion on The Colour of Wine, a book that isn’t just another tome about picturesque Cape vineyards. Instead, it tells the remarkable story of South Africa’s transition from apartheid to democracy through the personal journeys of black winemakers.
“Our history through the story of wine. Exquisite. Entertaining,” Azania Mosaka called it. Attending the discussion will be winemaker Ntsiki Biyela, chief executive of Vinpro Foundation Unathi Mantshongo, and international wine judge and writer Michael Fridjhon, as well as the book’s editor, Harriet Perlman.
