A former employee of Agilitee SA believes its controversial owner and self-proclaimed billionaire Mandla Lamba is dodging payments ordered by the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA) after he lost cases of unfair dismissal.

Anel du Plessis and her former colleague Alexander Barnard were awarded a combined amount of about R150 000 for unfair dismissal by the CCMA in December, but have still not been paid a cent by Lamba.
