Controversial former artist manager Nhlamulo “Nota” Baloyi has instructed his lawyers to appeal a Johannesburg High Court order that was granted against him on Friday to pay DJ Shimza R200 000.

Baloyi was also ordered to pay the legal costs of the application, which was brought before the court by the musician, whose given name is Ashley Rapala.
