The platform, accessible via WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger, provides information on public representatives (including ward councillors and traditional leaders), finding the closest Covid-19 testing station, Covid-19 test results, the location of the closest public facility such as home affairs, police station or health clinic, and recently added a feature that provides information about the special social relief grant.
