Then there are less likely elements such as scarcity of water on the continent, and that it is not going to be easy to realise the new narrative of “silencing the guns” – an initiative by the African Union to end all wars, civil conflicts, violence against women and children, and violent conflicts, as well as to prevent genocide on the continent.
