As lockdown very slowly and very gently eases some of its restrictions, exercise addicts now have some freedom to indulge.

Gyms remain closed but you are allowed to leave your home and engage in an activity – you can even do this with a couple of friends now, between the hours of 6am and 6pm and provided you maintain social distancing and wear a mask.
