Dear Nthabi

I loaned someone an amount of R150 000 and now they say they are unable to pay back the money. To make things worse, I have heard that they resigned from their job so they are not getting a salary anymore.

It is possible for me to call and ask the HR person to give me R150 000 from their provident fund?
