It was an afternoon of learning, laughs and delicious food – our favourite combination. 

The fourth Meat Masterclass event in association with SA Pork was held at HTA School of Culinary Art in Johannesburg where Move! and TRUE LOVE magazines’ readers filled the event to test their cooking skills by making classic pork dishes like a traditional roast, pork chops and a zesty stir-fry.

Readers also learnt theoretical tips about pork from Chef Kabelo Segone who did a demonstration on cooking with pork. He provided much-needed facts and answered questions about how to prepare pork – and cleared some misconceptions. 

After cooking up a storm and learning a thing or two, which will no doubt help them when preparing meals at home, readers sat down for a feast and enjoyed the spoils of their hard work.
