Part of owning your happiness in the workplace is being realistic about where you are at career wise and where you want to be.
Then come up with a plan to close the gap between where you are and your goal. e.g Your goal could be to change careers. You action would involve studying something different or even volunteering in an organisation within your new preferred career field.
When you take action, you will realise that your level of happiness at work and in life will increase.
