15 ml Vegetable Oil
100 gr McCain Diced Onions
2.5 ml Garlic, Crushed
100 gr McCain Diced Peppers
15 ml Curry Powder
1 Tomato, Chopped
500 gr Beef Chuck, Bone In, Cubed
2 Potatoes, Peeled and Chopped
250 ml Beef Stock
250 ml Minestrone Soup
125 ml McCain Mixed Vegetables
How to cook:
Heat the oil in a pot and fry McCain Diced Onions, garlic and McCain Diced Peppers until soft.
Add the curry powder and tomato and fry for about two minutes.
Add the beef and fry until browned all over.
Add the stock and soup, cover and simmer for about 30 minutes.
Add the potatoes and continue to simmer for another 25 to 30 minutes.
Once the beef and potato is cooked add McCain Mixed Vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with pap, rice or dombolo.
