It sounds as if your weight problem is really serious. Please do not think of committing suicide.
Get in touch with a social worker for counselling and advice. Talking to someone professional will ease the burden. A dietician can work out an ideal diet programme for you. Eat the right food such as raw vegetables, fruits and lots of roughage, and drink lots of water, about eight glasses a day. Avoid fatty and sweet products. You should also exercise.
