We just said goodbye to winter and welcomed spring, and a lot of people tend to suffer from migraines if they happen to be exposed to the sun. Some get skin infections if they get exposed to the sun. But to twist things a bit we are offering you tips to protect yourself from the sun:
- Try to spend of your time in shades especially when you are outdoors.
- Wear a wide hat that can be able to cover your neck, head and your ears.
- You need to wear clothes that will cover or protect your body from being exposed to sunlight.
- Always wear sun screen
- Don’t forget to wear sunglasses when you are walking in the sun.
