The passing of actor Chadwick Boseman on Friday left many people shocked. The real-life superhero has left a lasting impression on everyone who has watched him on their screens, young and old.
The actor was diagnosed with colon cancer in 2016 however, not much was known about his illness as he never spoke about it publicly. He has managed to film nine movies between the time of his diagnosis and his death.

Starring alongside Michael B. Jordan, Lupita Nyong’o and John Kani, this film was the first of its kind with a predominantly black cast.
Chadwick has won four out of the seven nominations for Black Panther: two at the MTV Movie & TV Awards, Screen Actors Guild Awards and an NAACP Image Award.

Not too far from his superhero character, Chadwick plays a New York Police Department detective, Andre Davis, in this action thriller. He has to find two cop-killing suspects and through doing this, he shuts down the 21 bridges of Manhattan.
