A storyline about Dintle underhandedly taking over Layla's old job on etv's Scandal has sparked a conversation about women supporting each other in the workplace.

Natasha Sutherland’s character, Layla McKenzie was unceremoniously removed as the CEO at NFH and the mother of her granddaughter, Dintle Nyathi (played by Mapaseka Koetle-Nyokong) replaced her.
