Convicted sex offender Bill Cosby has been granted the right to appeal his 2018 sexual assault conviction by Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court.

According to NBC News, the ruling, which was made on Tuesday, will see the court hear arguments on whether it was correct for the prosecution’s witnesses to allege that the 82-year-old comedian had also drugged them and if incriminating statements made by the defendants, during a civil lawsuit, should have been used against him in court.
