The Ndlovu youth choir has released a new catchy song aimed at motivating South Africans to get vaccinated as soon as vaccines become available.

President Cyril Ramaphosa announced the arrival of 1 million vaccines and that MTN has made a $25 million (R374.7 million ) contribution towards vaccines for African countries.

Speaking to Tshisalive Ndlovu Youth Choir's conductor and composer Ralf Schmitt said the inspiration behind the song was the importance of bringing back normality. It's also urging South Africans to take the plunge by getting vaccinated to decrease further spreading.

The catchy song is titled Jaba Jaba and has lyrics like “to get the party going strong and people dancing all night long, get vaccinated”.

The song is meant to inspire South Africans by reminding them of all the things they enjoyed doing before the world was turned upside down with restrictions and social distancing.
