Gqom music pioneer DJ Lag fans haveaccused a U.S. musician of allegedly stealing the beat of her track titled Culture from his 2016 hit, Ice Drop.

South Africans have accused U.S. musician Megan Ryte of being a 'culture vulture' after the release of her new song. The song, titled Culture,  features rapper Asap Ferg and former Black Eyed Peas musician Will.I.Am and has an eerie resemblance to DJ Lag's 2016 hit song, 'Ice drop'. 

Some have pointed out that the video concept is also similar to the visuals released by DJ Lag in 2017.
