Actress Mona Monyane thanks fans for their support after her house burnt down


Actress Mona Monyane recently watched her house burn to the ground and even though her whole family managed to get out alive and uninjured – it was still a traumatic experience.

She took to her social media to thank all those who reached out to her and kept her family in their prayers.

She’s has also kept her fans updated throughout the ordeal.

“I am in awe at the amount of loss I have experienced in my 29 years of life on this planet. Losing Amani's [their late child] ashes in this fire from hell has got to be the greatest lesson of letting go I could ever have had to experience,” she said in one post.

“To every single one of you amazing angels who have reached out to me and have been praying for myself and my family, I would love to thank you all and say I am so humbled by your love,” she posted on her Instagram.

Even though she’s going through this, the actress has managed to see the lighter side of the situation.

“As most of you know, I created this platform to make you laugh and show you that no matter what life throws at us God is ALWAYS in control,” she added.

In a funny clip, Mona is donning a grey wig and is acting as a slay queen.

“My #MelaninMonroe wig got taken by the fire too but here is a video just to put a smile on your faces like you have put a smile on mine,” she joked.
