Akhumzi Jezile’s lookalike shocks the internet

It’s almost two years since the tragic passing of TV presenter and producer Akhumzi Jezile. The star passed away in April 2018 in a horrific car crash near Queenstown, while he was travelling with friends to his hometown in the Eastern Cape.

Now, a picture of his lookalike has gone viral on Twitter, and shocked tweeps thought their eyes were playing tricks on them.

In the picture, taken during a live crossing on eNCA, a man who bears a striking resemblance to the star is standing behind a police officer.

This shocked many who thought Akhumzi had been resurrected.

Since his passing, friends and family have kept his legacy alive through the Akhumzi Jezile Foundation, which recently announced that it would be assisting scholars with getting their driver’s licences.
