This weekend marked the start of the exciting Grand White Dinner series – which kicked off with a sold-out crowd in Cape Town on Saturday 24th at the Jan van Riebeek Sports Field, set to the beautiful backdrop of Table Mountain.

This prestigious event was hosted by MC and media personality Bonang “Queen B” Matheba, who looked dazzling in a crystal white fur jacket paired with a long white flowing dress.

Apart from dozens of doves being released, the crowd of over 1000 was entertained by South Africa’s duo Mafikizolo and musical artists such as Band Mmino, Swing Collective, DJ Lloyd and a spellbinding performance by members of the South African National Circus.

“We are ecstatic about the turn-out, to see so many beautiful friends share the day together and enjoying each other’s company. It all started in Cape Town, and now this year we’re celebrating the fifth anniversary of the event, which has since grew into four other cities,” says Grand White CEO, Stephan Dau.

Queen B was also delighted about the event. “It was the most wonderful day, just bringing people together and getting everyone to share in peace, love and unity. Everything was fabulous and I look forward to celebrating with my fans in Johannesburg, Pretoria and Durban.”

As far as celebrating with her fans, Queen B didn’t disappoint. Here are some fan moments B shared:
