Karabo Mogane walked away the winner of Idols SA season 11, but the crooner keeps on serving his fans with songs that make temperatures rise.

He’s just dropped a new single called Khumula, with racy lyrics such as “one button at a time/one bra strap at a time”.

“Music is storytelling and I’ve always wanted to tell my story of how you should appreciate the woman or man you love. Life can get too busy, but behind closed doors it should just be the two of you. This song is my idea of what lovemaking should look like. It’s about exploring each other, investing time in your partner, being gentle and taking it slow,” he explains.

After four years in the music industry, Karabo says he’s had some lessons as the new kid in the block and shares with Move! his top five, which he hopes upcoming artists can also learn from.

What I have learnt in the industry is that you have to work really hard, nothing comes easy.
