There’s a new girl on the block, goes by the name Mbali and I’m told she’s making her debut on Muvhango tonight. Sassy, Street, Boujie, Smart & Instagram-Obsessed. I’m obviously in my element portraying her. Please tune in tonight and let me know what you think [sic],” she wrote.

Khanya has played many roles on our small screens. In 2013 she had a starring role in the second season of the SABC1 drama series Intersexions, appearing in five episodes, more than any other actor on the series.

She’s also had a starring role as Mpilo Cele, Jazzman's daughter who has just enjoyed a gap year with her father's blessing only to find she has to grow up and be the next "it" girl, in the Mzansi Magic soap opera Zabalaza.
