Following news reports this past weekend, which claimed that there was trouble in presenter Moshe Ndiki and his fiancé, Phelo Bala’s relationship, Moshe finally released a statement on the matter.
The reports which appeared in gossip tabloid, Sunday Sun stated that Phelo was allegedly assaulted by Moshe with a candle stand. They reported that the musician had a bleeding gash on the head that needed stitching.
Taking to his social media, Moshe posted the statement which did not outright deny the claims.
Addressing the article by Sunday Sun, Moshe confirmed that there are protection order applications that have been made.
“The article made a number of allegations regarding alleged incidents between my Phelo and I and the current existence of protection order applications,” the statement read.
“These are matters of a private nature and I've been advised because there are court proceedings, I cannot reveal anything however at this present time I would like to state that I have no way abused Phelo and I have proof to this effect”.

In his public statement Moshe asked for privacy during his personal matter.
“I'm deeply saddened there has been a violation of our private mediation on this matter , it is For these reasons that I choose not to expose our private differences at this stage, I kindly ask that I be afforded time and space to deal with these trying times with those closest to me, whilst processing what's going on”.
