Cape Town - In the spirit of the Rugby World Cup victory, media personality Somizi Mhlongo posted on his Instagram page that he would give R1 000 to the next Xhosa person he bumped into.

This comes after social media users pointed out that all the people who have made South Africa proud recently are all Xhosa.

This includes, Springboks captain Siya Kolisi and Miss South Africa Zozibini Tunzi.

Coincidentally, Somizi bumped into reigning Miss South Africa Zozibini Tunzi and true to his word, he gave her the R1 000. He also could not stop gushing over her beauty and took the time to wish her well as she's going to the Miss Universe competition soon.
