- 5 - chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 2 - spring onions, chopped
- 400 g - puff pastry
- 375 ml - mozzarella cheese
- - egg wash to glaze
- 125 ml - chicken liver spread
Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
1 In a bowl mix the onions, chicken, liver spread and cheese.
2 Roll out pastry and cut out circles using a side plate. Spoon the chicken mixture on one half the pastry. Brush the edges with the eggwash.
3 Close the pastry to make a half-moon, sealing with a fork. Put on a baking sheet, brush with eggwash and bake for 15 minutes.
