- 60ml - strawberry jam
- 50g - butter, melted
- 180ml - cream
- 50g - fresh strawberries, roughly chopped
- 80ml - condensed milk
- 100g - Tennis biscuits
Grease a 14-16cm tart dish with nonstick spray.
Blitz the biscuits in a food processor until fine and add the melted butter. Press into the prepared dish and chill until needed.
In a bowl, whisk together the condensed milk and jam and set aside.
4 Scatter the strawberry pieces over and chill in the fridge overnight.
Garnish with extra strawberries, whipped cream and pistachios before serving.
