  • 60ml - strawberry jam
  • 50g - butter, melted
  • 180ml - cream
  • 50g - fresh strawberries, roughly chopped
  • 80ml - condensed milk
  • 100g - Tennis biscuits

Grease a 14-16cm tart dish with nonstick spray.

1 Crust

Blitz the biscuits in a food processor until fine and add the melted butter. Press into the prepared dish and chill until needed.

2 Filling

In a bowl, whisk together the condensed milk and jam and set aside.

3 Whisk the cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into the condensed milk mixture and pour over the crust.

4 Scatter the strawberry pieces over and chill in the fridge overnight.

5 Topping

Garnish with extra strawberries, whipped cream and pistachios before serving.
