1.       FRENCH TOAST Whisk the eggs and milk together well. Heat half the butter in a non-stick pan over low heat. One by one, dip half the bread slices in the egg mixture. Fry the egg-coated bread until golden brown.

2.        Repeat with the rest of the sliced bread and egg mixture.

3.        RASPBERRY MASCARPONE Mix all the ingredients well.
