1 Liver Remove the membrane and slice the liver into thick strips.

Season with salt and pepper, then roll in the flour to coat.

2 Crumb coating Mix the breadcrumbs and coriander seeds. Dip the liver in the whisked eggs, then roll in the crumbs to coat.
