1. Combine the fish pieces and 15ml (1T) soy sauce in a medium-size bowl.

2. In a heated wok, add the oil and stir-fry the fish in batches over high heat until almost cooked through. Remove from the wok.

3. Reheat the wok and stir-fry the vegetable mix until thawed. Drain the vegetables.
