1. Sauce Mix all the ingredients well and set aside.

2. Noodles Season the pork with salt. Heat half of the oil in a wok or large pan and fry the pork cubes in batches until cooked. Remove and set aside.

3. In the same pan, heat the rest of the oil and stir-fry the eggs until cooked. Remove and set aside.
