1 Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the bacon until done but not crisp.

Add the livers and stir fry until just done but still a little pink in the middle.

2 Add the brandy and stir fry for 5 minutes.Transfer the liver mixture to a food processor and pulse until smooth.
