1.Liver Remove the membrane then cut the liver into thin strips. Season with salt and pepper. Roll the liver in the flour to coat and shake off any excess.
2.Heat half the oil in a deep pan and fry the liver in batches until crispy. Remove and set aside.
3.Heat the rest of the oil in the same pan and fry the garlic, chilli and oregano. Stir in the tomato sauce, Worcester sauce and sugar.
