Prepare a fire with enough coals to braai the steak. Put a metal stand over the coals and keep a grid handy. Or, if you’re using the stovetop, keep a cast-iron pan handy.
1.Flavoured butter Put all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until well blended. Spoon into a bowl, cover and refrigerate until needed.
2.Steak Season the steaks with salt and pepper and coat with the oil. Braai over the coals until done to your liking or fry in a well heated cast-iron pan.
