Rocky road popcorn

Ingredients
  • 50g - heart sprinkles
  • 30ml - water, hot
  • 50g - confetti sprinkles
  • 80g - microwave popcorn, butter flavored and popped
  • 100g - marshmallows
  • 50g - mini pretzel mix
Method

In a large glass bowl, pour in the water and marshmallows and microwave for 50 seconds, stirring every 10 seconds, until the marshmallows have melted.

Put the popcorn in the bowl with the melted marshmallows and gently fold until all the popcorn is coated.

Scatter the popcorn onto a large baking tray lined with baking paper. Scatter the remaining ingredients over and allow to cool. Once completely cooled, break apart and pack into mini popcorn boxes.
