- - stir-fry kit 4, removed from plastic bag and thawed in a strained
- - salt and ground black pepper
- - mango spice sauce
- 30ml - cornflour
- - noodles, cooked
- handful - of fresh chives, chopped fresh mango, sliced (optional)
- 450-500handful - tenderised steak, cut into strips
- 45ml - vegetable oil
1 Season meat with salt and pepper and dust with cornflour. Heat oil in a wok or large pan and fry the meat in batches until browned. Remove and set aside.
2 Add vegetables to the same pan, stir-fry for about 3-5 minutes. Pour in the sauce, return the meat to the pan and stir-fry for a further 3-5 minutes.
3 TO SERVE
Stir through the noodles, sprinkle with chives and add mango (if using).
