1 Place the pork belly in a zip-lock bag.
2 Marinade: Mix all the ingredients well and pour over the pork belly. Seal the bag. Marinate in the fridge for several hours or overnight. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C.
3 Place the pork belly on a roasting rack (reserve the marinade) and roast for 3-4 hours. To check if the pork is cooked, pierce it with a fork – it should glide in easily.
