Her innocence was violently taken from her when she was just 16 years old.

She experienced a terrible ordeal and has since gone through a long and difficult process to learn to live with the trauma.

Three years on, Katekani Mabasa* (19 ) has found the courage to speak out about being raped. She says she hopes she can help other victims come to terms with what has happened to them.
