It’s been five years since they launched their business with their first store in Newton Junction, Johannesburg.

And today, there are few locals who fail to recognise their colourful range of sneakers with the distinctive mesh fabric and thick white soles.

Bathu sneakers has been a rare SA success story that now boasts 11 stores nationwide. Its growth is based on nothing less than hard work, its founders say.
