The ink has not even dried on the Government Gazette publishing regulations of inter-provincial travel yet some taxi operators have already thrown them out the window.

This is according to regular commuter Fikiswa Matiwane. She says on her recent trip from Mthatha in the Eastern Cape to Newcastle, KwaZulu-Natal, travellers had to find sanitiser for themselves.
