Arthur gives Ishmael another chance

Singer Ishmael Morabe has gone back to 999 the stable that made him a star. The label owned by legendary hit maker Arthur Mafokate is excited that Ishmael is back with 999. "I am excited to have him back because he is a hit maker, I am the type of person that will let a person go if they want to go," said Arthur in an interview with Sowetan.

Ishmael says he had been trying to work at his music career independently since he left 999 in 2006. Ishmael says working alone was hard and it made him feel like he was starting from scratch as an artist. On his return to 999 Ishmael told Sowetan that him and the record label will work as a team.

Ishmael says he has an upcoming album to be released.

We hope this reunion will bring success like  Whitney Houston and Clive Davis, Toni Braxton and Babyface reunions after they had parted ways.
