Koze Kuse in Cape Town this weekend

After the festivities of the holidays where everyone was out and about many are turning down, but not in Cape Town. And certainly not this weekend.

The city comes even more alive than it was during holidays as ANC 103 celebrations start. The celebrations which started with door to door campaigns by President Zuma and ANC leadership are now off to some good old partying, all over the town.

Celebrities are coming in droves heading for this big 'gold, black and green'weekend. Already in town are actress and television star Bridget Masinga, Television personality Khanyi Mbau and boyfriend Tebogo, Koyo Bala, actress Zikhona Sodlaka, actor Anga Makubalo and others for this huge 'turn up'.

There are events all over town starting with DJ Vinny Da Vinci's Camps Bay Sundowners before the main ANC gala dinner which will be attended by celebrities such as DJ Sbu, Mafikizolo, Micasa, TK Nciza and more. Then after that the city lights up with what ANC is calling the mother of all rallies at Greenpoint stadium on saturday the 10th. And also fashion, glitz and glamour at the 2015 Queens' Plate. On the same day there is also the jazz concert with legendary American crooners The Manhattans featuring Micasa, The Soil and Donald.

This will be possibly one of the busiest weekends the city has had in a long time and the atmosphere with the people is vibing. "This is exciting not only do we get to celebrate ANC birthday in the mother city, we get to party too, Koze Kuse'', said an excited Cape Town resident Pulane Mohibidu.

"We are spoilt for choice this weekend. Its exciting yet confusing, where does one go?", said Denver from Greenpoint.

One thing is for sure though, Cape Town is the place to be this weekend.
