Originally open to USA contestants, this year it was kicked up a notch by opening up submissions to UK and South African artists as well. Some of SA’s youngest and hottest comedy acts entered the contest by submitting videos online, ultimately Loyiso Madinga and Tats Nkonzo were selected to represent South Africa at the English Montreux Comedy Contest Finale, which took place in Switzerland on the 7th December.
