This is a very refreshing smoothie and it’s done in 10 minutes or less!

You will need
1 mango, peeled and seeded
1 papaya, peeled and seeded
1 kiwi fruit, peeled and chopped
80 ml (? cup) orange juice
5 cubes ice
250 ml (1 cup) Strawberry yoghurt
Left over fruits, cut into small pieces
Place the mango, papaya, strawberries, orange juice, and ice cubes in an electric blender. Processes until the ingredients are smooth and pour into glasses. Top with left over fruits as your garnish and serve immediately.
If you don’t have a blender: Neatly cut the fruit pieces into chunks and thread on short skewers. Pour a tin of (115 g) granadilla pulp over the fruit and serve.
