Soccer star Thembinkosi "Terror" Fanteni has reported his struggles with unemployment and hard financial times.
Speaking to the Sunday World, he pleaded with the newspaper to help him find a team as he had been “struggling to make ends meet.”
“I have had nothing so far and I need to take care of my responsibilities as a man. At the moment, my wife is taking care of things but I don’t want to relax,” he said.
Terror revealed that he had to sell his car and his children are no longer living with him. Sources close the couple have also said the couple are having troubles of their own. Terror's wife is said to have threatened to leave the former national footballer.
Terror is determined to come out of this a stronger person and has expressed interest in joining any club that’s interested in him.
We wish the player well and hope he and his family are able to overcome these trials.
